Holly Drive Condos presented to Central Area City Planning Commission. Status unknown pending site visit by commission.  The Dell Neighborhood Association has approved the project.  Approved by large majority by Hollywood United NC.  Some neighbors have concern over lawfulness of density bonus.  Neighborhood committee appointed and elected by The Dell NA.  Members include Andrew Glazier, HUNC rep and immediate neighbor of project.  Significant disagreement by immediate neighbors.  Project is by right for multiunit apartments, and needs variances only as condo project.  Minor height and landscaping variances due to steep slope in back of lot.
