Motion on 5A, by Susan Swan, “That the Board of the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council send a letter to Cingular Wireless on behalf of Bronson Canyon residents urging review of AGF (Above Ground Facility) Permit process re: installation at 2423 Canyon Drive, which required notification of the Oaks Homeowners Association and Hollywood United Neighborhood Council.” Second: Anne DeBello. Vote: Yes—14, No—0,  Abs-0.

Motion on 5B, by Susan Swan, “That the Board of the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council send a letter to T-Mobile on behalf of Bronson Canyon residents urging community input on aesthetics and beautification of cell phone tower installations, specifically that installed at 2353 Canyon Drive.” Second: Joel Fisher. Vote: Yes—14, No—0,  Abs-0.

Motion on 5C, by Susan Swan, “That the Board of the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council send a letter to the Northeast Division Vice Officers urging that they keep the file open on Fern Dell due to continued lewd behavior in Fern Dell.” Second: Joel Fisher. Vote: Yes—14, No—0,  Abs-0.

Motion on 5D, by Susan Swan, “That DWP shall convert the Annual Festival of Lights from an automobile to a pedestrian-friendly event that will provide adequate open air shuttle service for those in need, promoting environmental responsibility and conforming with the DWP Board’s recent adoption of principles recognizing the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to combat global warming from human sources. The subsequent plan should then come back to Neighborhood Councils for approval.” Second: Maurece Chesse. Vote: Yes—14, No—0,  Abs-0.
