Dear Rev. Stratman and Miss Berry:
This letter is being written on behalf of all of the board members and stakeholders of the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council (“HUNC”) in order to acknowledge and honor the extraordinary contributions the Church has made to our organization.
HUNC aspires to be an organization that unites our diverse neighborhood and provides a forum for the many voices of Hollywood, from individual residents to local organizations. To the extent that we have been successful in this undertaking, we owe that success in large part to FPCH.
FPCH is more than the venue for our full board and sub-committee meetings. It has become synonymous with community activism and involvement. To board members and stakeholders alike, FPCH is the backbone of our community, home to all our aspirations and intentions of improving our neighborhood.
In addition to housing all of our public meetings and events, you have also graciously provided a home for our operations office, further solidifying your status as the main enabler of all our positive efforts.
Your staff has been as generous with their time and spirit as your leadership has been in providing us with a home. On behalf of everyone associated with the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council, from board members to stakeholders to staff, we thank you for your extraordinary community service, and recognize you for the leader you have become in helping to bring our diverse neighborhood into a cohesive whole.
