Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

Jordan Birnbaum was nominated to be Chair, Susan Polifronio as
secretary

Item 3. Discussion of the importance of putting together a business
database as the first step towards outreach.
              a. develop an active business base
              b. develop a network of communication with small businesses owners
              c. request the HUNC Board to approve at least one mailing per year once the
                  database is in place
              d. develop a one-sheet with relevant City numbers for distribution to small
                  businesses.
                   i. Homeless, livability, City Access, building & safety, bulky items, SBE,
                      Police, HBT, potholes, DOT, Fire, Chamber: Bid, CRA Business License,
                      Parking, Field Deputy cell phone numbers Councilpersons, State and any

other numbers relevant to businesses.

Item 4 & 5. Discussion of a Business Ctte Town Hall
a. Once the appropriate database is in place the ctte agreed on the focus of
how businesses can be environmentally friendly as the main topic
